Happy Third Birthday to Secure MSP Center
It is hard to believe that this November, we will be celebrating the third anniversary of the launch of Secure MSP Center. We have come a long way from having MSPs buy single products to offering a streamlined, comprehensive program and dashboard for MSPs through Secure MSP Center and MSP Hub.
We wanted to make it easy for our MSP partners to transact with Cisco, so made it our goal to solve for:
- Autonomy & Efficiency: Streamlined processes and centralized management, able to offer all supported products enabling on demand deployment which will help save time and resources.
- Simplified Billing: The platform can help MSPs manage billing and invoicing more efficiently.
- Consistent support: By offering comprehensive support for not only technical or non-technical issues but also help MSPs with their business.
We took this feedback to heart and built Secure MSP Center. The response from our partner community has been tremendous — our MSPs love the way Cisco solved the complex challenges facing the MSP community.
As a refresher, Secure MSP Center program is designed to offer Cisco Security SaaS portfolio with:
- Centralized Management with MSP Hub: Provide a single dashboard for managing multiple clients and security products, improving efficiency. One of our partners remarked, “This is exactly the dashboard we want as an MSP, single pane of glass across all Cisco products for MSPs”.
- NFR: Free NFR for all products.
- Streamlined Support: Dedicated team to resolve MSPs issues along with dedicated account managers to help grow partner’s business.
How It Works: A simple 3 step process and making sure our partners get the products in less than two minutes.
- Cisco ID provisioning: Create Cisco ID.
- Provide MSP Information: Provide billing address, credit card details and sign click to accept agreement. Other payment modalities like ACH are also available.
- Access the MSP Product Dashboard — MSP Hub: Dashboard for MSPs to manage all Security products, customers, billing and invoicing along with ecosystem integrations in a single pane. An MSP can start deploying products from MSP Hub right away. So, what’s next?
We have some exciting things coming up in 2025 to help our MSPs to further streamline and simplify their security offerings with Cisco.
- MSP Hub for MSPs signing up through Distribution: We are excited to offer the streamlined and powerful MSP dashboard for our partners who transact through Distribution.
- Partnerships and Integrations: We are working hard to help partners reduce their operational complexity in managing the business as well as managing their security operations by strong partnerships with other ecosystem partners.
- Bundled product offerings: MSPs can take advantage of bundling security offers to reduce the operational overhead.
